Desserts: KEY LIME PIE
1 Ready Crust Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 oz)
(if you can't find Reduced Fat just use the regular & figure the points, it doesn't add too much)
1 pkg (4-serving size) sugar-free lime-flavor gelatin
1/4 cup boiling water
2 containers (6 oz) key lime pie flavor light yogurt
1 tub (8 oz) fat-free whipped topping, thawed

3 Easy Steps!

1. In large, heat-resistant bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in yogurt with wire whisk. Fold in whipped topping with wooden spoon.

2. Spread into crust. Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.

3. Garnish as desired, refrigerate leftovers.

8 servings, 147 calories, 3.5 g fat, 0 g. dietary fiber = 3 points/serving

Another good thing to do is just prepare the filling & sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. This lowers the points to about 1 per serving I believe if I remember correctly. Most of the points from this comes from the crust but it makes an awesome dessert with the crumbs sprinkled over it!
