2.5 Point Pizza for Flex
For Core it is only 1 Point

1 light english muffin (1 point)
2 tbsp fat free ricotta cheese (.5 points)
1/4cup (4 tbsp) fat free mozzarella (1 point)
Italian seasoning
garlic salt

Preheat oven to 400-450 degrees F. Toast english muffin in toaster. Put 1 tbsp ricotta cheese on each half of english muffin. Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning and garlic salt on top of the ricotta. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella over each half of english muffin. Bake on a nonstick cookie sheet for about 5-10 minutes until melted to your desire.
