Salads: GARDEN FRESH PASTA SALAD - Thanks Gina!
1 pkg. (16 oz.)Whole Wheat Pasta uncooked
1 box thawed broccoli florets
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 medium red pepper, chopped
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
Sun-Dried Tomato thinly sliced
1/2 cup Fat Free Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 bottle of Fat Free Italian Dressing
2 table spoons of Sun Dried tomato paste (You will find it in a tube)

COOK pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 min. of the pasta cooking time. Drain; rinse under cold running water. Drain well; place in large bowl.
ADD onions, peppers and tomatoes; mix lightly. In small bowl add dressing and sun drid tomato paste together mix well; Add to pasta and toss to coat. Cover.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour. Stir gently just before serving; sprinkle with the cheese.
