Main Dish: TACO PIZZA - Thanks Virginia & Zig!
Serves - 8, Points - 6

1 pkg. (13.8 oz.) Pillsbury refrigerated Pizza Crust
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup water
1 cup Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican blend shredded cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 cup AvoClassic Guacamole*

Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 15"x10" baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough onto baking sheet and press out to cover sheet. Bake for 8 minutes in preheated oven.

Meanwhile, brown ground beef in a non-stick skillet. Add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water; stir. Continue to cook and stir until liquid has evaporated, about 10 minutes. Spread meat mixture to within 1/2" from the edges of the crust. Top evenly with shredded cheese. Return to oven and bake for 6 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle tomatoes and lettuce on top. Cut into 8 pieces. Top each serving with 2 Tbsp. each of sour cream and guacamole.
