1 7 oz box reduced-fat chocolate sandwich cookies (used Oreos)
2 8 oz containers fat-free whipped topping, thawed (used Cool Whip Free)
1 8 oz package fat-free cream cheese, softened
2 1.4 oz boxes fat-free, sugar-free chocolate instant pudding
3 1/2 cups skim milk
Crush cookies into small pieces. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the cookie crumbs for topping.
Mix 1 1/2 containers of whipped topping,cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well-blended. Spread in 9X13 glass baking dish.
Prepare pudding according to package directions, using only the 3 1/2 cups milk. Spread pudding over the cookie mixture.
Spread remaining 1/2 container whipped topping over the pudding.
Sprinkle reserved cookie crumbs over the whipped topping.
Chill until ready to serve.
