15 oz part skim ricotta cheese

1 pound ground turkey (7% fat)

1 1/2 cup shredded fat free mozzarella cheese

3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

9 dry whole wheat lasagna noodles

1 quart reduced fat spaghetti sauce

Boil noodles ten minutes, drain. Mix Ricotta cheese, egg, 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese, and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Cook ground turkey; drain excess fat. Add spaghetti sauce. Lay three noodles on bottom of a 9x13 pan; put 1/3 of the sauce/turkey on noodles. Put half of the cheese mixture on the sauce. Repeat. Cover with remaining noodles and sauce. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top. Heat in oven at 350 for 40 minutes.
