2/3 cup low fat cottage cheese

1/4 cup grated carrots

1/4 cup grated cucumber

1/4 cup finely chopped celery

1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper

1 tsp dill

2 tsp minced onion

Put cottage cheese in blender and stir in ingredients

Rest and chill 2 hours.
