Cakes: CREME DE MENTHE CAKE - From Leader Melanie, Thanks Elaine!
1 package White cake mix
12 oz. diet lemon/lime soda
2 egg whites
5 Tbsp. Creme de Menthe syrup, divided
1/2 cup Smuckers Sugar Free Hot Fudge Topping, warmed
8 ounces fat free whipped topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9"x13" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, diet soda, egg whites and 3 Tbsp. of Creme de Menthe syrup. With an electric mixer, beat on low speed for 1 minute or until cake mix is moistened. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

While cake is warm, spread hot fudge topping onto cake. Allow to cool completely. Mix 2 Tbsp. Creme de Menthe syrup with whipped topping. Evenly spread whipped topping onto cooled cake. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
