Breakfast: CHOCOLATE BANANA OATMEAL - Thanks Gina R!

2/3 cup skim milk
1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
1 tablespoon baking cocoa
2 (1 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute (or other artificial sweetner)
1 small banana, mashed
1 teaspoon cinnamon

In small saucepan bring milk to a light boil, stir in oats and simmer for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve topped with additional milk if desired.
