Main Dish: CHERIE'S MEXICAN TOSTADAS - from me!
This is something I do often for a quick & easy snack or meal...I buy the crunchy corn tostadas - they are 1 Point each.

Take 2 crunchy tostadas & spread 1/2 cup fat-free refried beans on them. Add about 1/4 cup reduced fat cheese (or whatever amount you'd like), then salsa, light sour cream, black olives, tomatoes, or anything else you think would be good.

Figure Points based on your ingredients but here are the basics (always check your packages to make sure):

tostadas: 2 Points
1/2 cup FF refried beans: 1 Point
Salsa: 0 Points
1/4 cup reduced fat Cheddar: 2 Points

Add on for sour cream, olives, etc.
YUM!
