Recipe as written with my Momís added touches in parentheses)
1/2 head cabbage, shredded (or use about 3/4 package of shredded cabbage)
1 red onion, chopped (or omit this & add a couple tsp of minced dehydrated onion)
1 can whole kernel corn, drained (the Mexicorn would also be good)
1 cup taco sauce (or at least 2 cups, Pace Chunky Medium is good)
1/3 C reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 can (16 oz) black beans, drained
Coarse ground pepper
Celery seed, about 2 tsp.
Mix all ingredients except cabbage; toss just before serving.
