Make 6 servings = 2 points
2 c. fat free pretzels, crushed
1/4 c. fat free butter (I can't believe... squeeze)
8 oz fat free cream cheese
2- 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries or 2 c. fresh
2 small pkgs sugar free strawberry Jello
5 pkgs sugar substitute
1/2 cup sugar ( I use Splenda to make it better for us)
2 c. fat free cool whip
Mix 1 1/3 c. boiling water with jello and set aside.
Mix pretzels w/ butter and spread in 9 by 13 pan.
Bake @ 350 deg. for 10 min. and set aside.
Beat cream cheese and sugars until smooth.
Fold in cool whip then spread over pretzel crust.
Add the thawed strawberries to the jello.
Spread on top of cream cheese mixture and refrigerate.
