Breads: BANANA BREAD
BANANA BREAD

4 ripe bananas

4 well-beaten eggs

1 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

3 cups of Splenda

1/2 cup light sour cream

4 cups of flour

2-1/2 tsp of baking soda

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 cup of walnuts, chopped, optional

Add sugar, eggs and applesauce to mashed bananas. Add sour cream and mix. Add dry ingredients and nuts. Spray pans (3 loaf pans) and divide batter. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and cut each loaf into 14 slices. Each slice is 2 pts.
