Preheat oven to 425. Spray 8 ramekins and cookie sheet with Pam. Thaw peaches and raspberries. To make oatmeal flour add instant oatmeal into food processor and whiz around until fine like flour.

4 Tbsp sugar substitute
2 tsp sugar substitute
1 cup Instant Oatmeal
16 oz unsweetened frozen peaches
12 oz unsweetened frozen raspberries
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp reduced-calorie margarine
1/2 cup fat-free half and half
1/8 tsp table salt

Filling: Combine 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp flour in large bowl. Add peaches and raspberries and lemon zest. Toss to coat. Divide until fruit between prepared ramekins. Bake about 15 minutes until fruit is bubbly and around edges.
Topping: Meanwhile to make topping combine 3/4-cup flour 2 tbsp sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Cut in margarine using pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in half and half just until dry ingredients are moistened. You may not need it all. Remove ramekins from oven. Top fruit with equal dollops of topping. Sprinkle topping with remaining sugar. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until topping is lightly browned. Serve Warm
