1 small package of Jell-O Sugar Free instant pudding mix (White Chocolate or Cheesecake are really good but you could use any flavor)

But Nana (Jean), a leader from another state suggested this could be a very good fruit dip. And since we were talking about fruit dips in the meeting, I wanted to include this recipe. You have fruit dip that is fat free and sugar free! It mixes up more like a mousse rather than pudding so it makes a great dip. And it is CORE, plus can be used towards your milk servings. 1/2 cup = 2 points.
