((Coated with Weight Watchers Everything Pretzels!)
1 bag of Weight Watchers Everything Pretzels, crushed
4 chicken breasts
2 egg whites
1/8 cup milk
Salt & pepper to your liking

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crush or run pretzels through the food processor. You want the finished product to have a bread crumb consistency.

2. Pour pretzel crumbs into a shallow bowl. Mix egg whites & milk in a separate shallow bowl. Add salt & pepper to the egg mixture.

3. Dip chicken into the egg mixture, then dredge through pretzel crumbs. Place on a baking sheet.
4. Bake until each breast is white throughout (no pink in the middle). Approximately 25-30 minutes.
