Here's the banana split dessert recipe - I use the crumbs in the box, but if you use the fat free graham crackers and crush them up yourself, I think you save a point, or at least a half.

1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
8 serving fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
2 large banana(s)
3 cups strawberries
16 oz canned crushed pineapple in juice
12 oz Free Whipped Topping
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener
Graham cracker crust: Stir together 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs, melt butter and stir; add Splenda and stir. Pat into the bottom of cake pan. Prepare 2 packages of fat free sugar free vanilla pudding with skim milk, according to package directions. Set aside to let thicken. Slice bananas and strawberries. Once pudding has thickened, about 5-10 minutes, put that on top of the graham cracker crust. Top the pudding with the bananas, strawberries and canned crushed pineapple (drain all fluid first). Top that with the Cool Whip Free and drizzle top with chocolate syrup. MMMMMMMMMMMMMM GOOD!
