3 C quick cooking oatmeal
3/4 C Splenda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp canola oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup raisins

Mix all thoroughly. Spread mixture onto a greased cookie sheet & break into smaller pieces. Bake at 350 8-10 minutes, break into pieces again & turn over. Return to oven & bake another 5-8 minutes or until light brown. Cool & store in airtight container.
