THIS WAS ONE OF MY FIRST WEIGHT WATCHER RECIPES AND HAS BEEN A STANDBY EVEN
WHEN I WASN’T ON PROGRAM. IT FREEZES VERY WELL.

SERVES 12, 6 POINTS EACH

6 C APPLESAUCE OR 12 APPLES PEELED AND GRATED
8 C FF MILK POWDER
18 0Z OATMEAL
12 T PEANUT BUTTER
12 T SPLENDA
6 t BAKING POWDER
6 t VANILLA

MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS. CUT PEANUT BUTTER INTO MIXTURE WITH PASTRY BLENDER
OR 2 FORKS UNTIL MIXTURE IS LIKE SMALL PEBBLES. ADD APPLES OR APPLESAUCE
AND VANILLA. SPRAY BAKING PAN AND BAKE 350 FOR 25-35 MINUTES UNTIL LIGHTLY
BROWNED AND FIRM TO TOUCH. COOL BEFORE CUTTING INTO 12 SERVINGS.
