Makes 2 (2 points each or CORE)

1 PACKAGE WW SMOOTHIE MIX
1/3 C UNCOOKED OATMEAL
1 Tbsp SPLENDA
1/4 tsp BAKING POWDER.
1/2 tsp CINNAMON
1/4 C UNSWEETENED APPLESAUCE
1 Tbsp FLOUR (OMIT OR USE WHOLE WHEAT, FARINA, IF ON CORE)
1 Tbsp RAISINS OR CURRENTS (OMIT ON CORE)
Make 2 mounds on sprayed cookie sheet; bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

GET CREATIVE!
I ADD 1 Tbsp COCO POWDER + ANOTHER Tbsp OF SPLENDA TO CHOCOLATE OR USE 2 Tbsp SUGAR FREE CHOCOLATE PUDDING MIX, PLUS I OMIT THE CINNAMON AND USE 2 tsp ALMOND EXTRACT

I LIKE 2 Tbsp BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING MIX IN THE VANILLA
2 tsp PEACH EXTRACT WITH THE PEACH SMOOTHIE
1 Tbsp INSTANT COFFEE AND/OR WHITE CHOCOLATE PUDDING MIX WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA

SOMETIMES I ADD VERY FINELY CHOPPED FRUIT SUCH AS PEACHES, APPLES, NECTARINES
