2 packages of WW oatmeal - either flavor (I actually used one of each)
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 medium apple chopped in small pieces or 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
1 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
cooking spray to prep 8 x 8 pan
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 x 8 baking dish with cooking spray. Mix ingredients in medium bowl. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes.

This stores well covered in fridge. Can be cut into servings and reheated in microwave. This is a great 'take to work' breakfast!
