1/2 pound uncooked whole-wheat spaghetti
3 second spray PAM Cooking Spray
4 clove garlic clove(s)
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 medium lemon(s)
1/2 cup fat-free skim milk
1/2 cup Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan-style Grated Topping
2 Tbsp dried parsley
2 tsp dried basil


Finely chop garlic. Zest and juice lemons. Bring water to a boil; add spaghetti. Heat a large skillet over low heat. Add Pam and garlic, crushed red pepper flakes. When the pasta has been cooking about 5 minutes add lemon juice, a ladle of the cooking water from the pasta, and the milk to the garlic and red pepper. Raise heat a bit to bring sauce to a bubble. Drain pasta when it is still has a good bite to it. (al Dente) Add lemon zest and 1/2 of the grated cheese to the cream sauce. Season to sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Add pasta to pan and turn off heat. Toss the pasta with sauce a minute or 2, allowing it to time to soak up the sauce. Top with parsley and basil and serve.
