Ingredients (Roll)

1 medium banana
2 large eggs
1 tsp cream of tartar
2 slices bread
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
4 tsp unsweetened cocoa
artificial sweetener (= 2 tsp sugar)

2/3 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
artificial sweetener (= 4 tsp sugar)

Blend all roll ingredients in a blender until smooth. Line 9x13" pan with wax paper. Spray with release agent.
Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 325 for 10-12 min. Cream artificial sweetener, ricotta cheese, and vanilla. Spread evenly over crust. Roll from narrower end while still warm. Chill. Cut in half. 2 servings
