4 oatmeal cookies for 2 POINTS & Core
1 container WW Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal OR Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal
1/2 tsp. of baking powder (optional)
Gradually stir in about 1/4 to 1/3 cup water, until it is the consistency of oatmeal cookie dough.
Split the mixture into 4
Drop on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
Bake at 350 F until firm, about 15 minutes
Add the 1/2 tsp. of baking powder if you wish because,
having no flour, this is a very dense and moist cookie, and I do think
it lightened it up a bit. What I like best about this is if you need to
have breakfast on the go, it's a hand-held oatmeal breakfast.
