Makes 15 cups – 1 point per cup

1/2 lb. lean ground turkey
1 small onion diced
1 cup celery diced
1 – 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 medium bell pepper diced
1 medium yellow squash diced
1 medium zucchini diced
1 – 15 oz. can black beans
1 package chili seasoning mix
1 – 12 oz. can low-sodium low-fat beef broth

Brown turkey and onions in pan sprayed with Pam.
Add the remaining ingredients (don’t drain the beans… the juice adds flavor) and cook for
30-40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
