INSTRUCTIONS:

1 pound uncooked red potato(es)
1 cup cauliflower
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
4 oz Kraft 2% Milk Natural Cheese Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Place potatoes and cauliflower in large saucepan. Add enough water to cover. Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Drain; return to pan. Add sour cream, mash until vegetable mixture is light and fluffy. Stir in cheese. Add salt and pepper or garlic powder to taste.
