makes 6 servings - 5 POINTS each

1 lb. Extra-lean ground beef
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 cans chili beans
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 tsp. Each salt, pepper, chili powder, and cayenne powder

Brown meat. Drain. Saute onions and pepper in non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray until translucent. Place meat, tomatoes, beans, onions & peppers, and spices in large pot. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for at least 1 hour.
