1 lb lean ground beef
1 large onion chopped
1 1/2 cups water
1 pkg each taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix
1-16 oz. cans mexican style chili beans
1-15 oz can tomato sauce
1-4.5 oz. can green chili
hot sauce to taste

Brown meat and onions in a large pot. Drain any fat. Add water, taco and ranch seasoning. Simmer 15 minutes. Stir in rest of ingredients and simmer 15 min. Makes 3 1/2 quarts, may be frozen up to 90 days 1 cup = 2 pts.
