Salads: TAMMY'S FAVORITE CRANBERRY SALAD - Thank you!
This is my favorite (and I thought I didn't like cranberries-because I had only had that stuff from a can).

Cranberry Salad

2 cups cranberries
1 cup water
1 cup Splenda
1 small pkg cranberry, raspberry, or cherry sugar free jello
1 cup water
1 cup diced celery
1 7 1/2 oz can crushed pineapple in juice
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Bring cranberries and water to a boil. Remove when cranberries have popped open. Add Splenda and stir. Set aside to cool.

Dissolve gelatin in one cup boiling water. Add cranberry sauce, mix thoroughly. Add celery, pineapple and walnuts. Pour into a mold or bowl. Place in refrigerator until set (usually overnight).

Serves 8, 2 points per serving

I leave out the walnuts, which reduces the points to 0 per serving. I take it to family dinners and everyone loves it.
