Appetizers: GRANDMA'S CRANBERRIES (Thanks Schroobs, Staff Site)
12 oz cranberries
2 medium Granny Smith apple(s)
1 medium orange(s)
6 oz Jell-O Sugar-Free Cherry
1 1/2 cup McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener

Rinse and drain cranberries. Peel orange. Slice and core apples. Place apples in food processor first, process just a few seconds. Add cranberries, orange and Splenda. Process until chopped finely. Do not over process! Prepare one large package of sugar-free Jello using only the hot water portion in a large bowl. DO NOT ADD COLD WATER! Add cranberry mixture to dissolved Jello and stir thoroughly. Pour into large (5 - 6 cup) mold. Chill over night.
NOTE: You may add 1/2 cup of walnuts or pecans to cranberry, apples and orange in processor before adding prepared Jello. This adds 1 Point per serving.
