1/2 cup Old London Bread Crumbs, Plain
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup fat-free skim milk
16 oz raw tilapia
1 tsp Mrs. Dash Table Blend
2 tsp canola oil
1/4 cup fat-free egg substitute

Dip filets in flour, coating both sides, then dip into milk and egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off. Wash hands. Place oil in pan and swirl to coat. Add fish, using tongs, and cook 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
