Main Dish: BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP - Thanks Pat (Staff Site)
1/3 cup chicken breast
1 LaTortilla Factory Low-Fat Low-Carb Whole Wheat Original Size Flour Tortilla (from Kroger)
1 Tbsp low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 cup cucumber
1/3 cup romaine lettuce
1/8 cup celery
1 serving Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
1 tsp Hidden Valley Fat Free Original Ranch

Grill the chicken (can use the George Foreman Grill). Baste with Red Hot sauce (to your taste) while grilling. Slice or cube the grilled chicken. Mix together the mayo, ranch, and Hot sauce to taste. Spread the sauce on your tortilla. Chop the cucumber, romaine & celery and layer with the chicken and cheese on the tortilla. Wrap & enjoy.
