Main Dish: GREEN BEAN BAKEN
4 cups frozen green beans
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
1 can reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup reduced-fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 cups French-fried onions (or WW Cheddar Twists, 2 Points per pouch)

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8 inch baking pan with nonstick spray. Cook beans according to package. Drain & transfer to large bowl. Spray nonstick skillet with nonstick spray. Add onion and sugar; cook until starting to turn brown, 5-6 minutes. Add to beans. Stir in soup, cheese, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Pour into baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes, sprinkle with French-fried onions and bake until bubbly, about 5 minutes.

1 cup = 3 Points (If you use the Cheddar Twists adjust Points)
