Desserts: ANOTHER CRUSTLESS PUMPKIN PIE - Thanks joanmarie1701!
16 ounces canned pumpkin
1-1/2 cups evaporated skim milk
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
Artificial sweetener to equal 6 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. Salt

Combine ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Pour into a 9 inch pie dish. (I spray the pie dish with PAM.) Bake at 425 for 20 minutes; lower heat to 350 and continue to bake for 20 minutes. Chill until set after removing from oven. Store in refrigerator. Divide evenly into 4 servings. 2 points per serving
