1 (4 serving) pkg Jello FF/SF instant Vanilla pudding

2/3 cup Carnation Non-Fat dry powdered milk

1 cup water

1/2 cup Log Cabin Sugar Free Maple Syrup

1 cup Lite Cool Whip

1/4 cup chopped pecans

1 6 oz Keebler Graham Cracker pie crust

In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix, non-fat powdered milk, water and 1/4 cup maple syrup; mix well using a wire whisk. Add 1/2 cup Lite Cool Whip and pecans. Blend well to combine. Pour mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours minimum. Cut into 8 servings and top each serving with 1 Tbsp of Lite Cool Whip. Then, drizzle 1 Tbsp of maple syrup over the top and serve.
