10 oz cooked lean ground beef
4 medium stalks celery, chopped
2 item bell pepper(s), diced
2 medium zucchini, diced
2 medium summer squash, diced
2 cup onion(s), diced
15 oz canned pinto beans or black beans
56 oz Del Monte Mexican Recipe Stewed Tomatoes
30 oz fat-free beef broth
1 to 1/2 packages Chili Seasoning Mix
Cook meat and drain; add onions to meat and brown, then add everything together. Cook until tender, about 30 minutes. Cool and serve or freeze in one cup containers or bags.
Add fat-free cheese or lowfat cheese and onions to top, considering points for each.
