Desserts: SURPRISE CHOCOLATE FUDGE (previously listed)
15 oz canned pinto beans (drained well)
1 cup Nestle Cocoa for baking (or Hershey's)
3/4 cup butter
1 Tbsp imitation vanilla extract, alcohol (I used real vanilla extract, probably doesn't matter?)
7 1/2 cups powdered sugar
8 oz Fisher Chopped Walnuts

In microwaveable bowl put beans & mash w/fork. Cook on high 1 1/2 min until warm. Using electric mixer add cocoa, melted butter and vanilla (mixture will be thick). Add powdered sugar in stages until all is mixed. Stir in walnuts, pour into 9X9 pan sprayed w/non-stick spray. (I used a 9X13 pan)

Cover & chill until firm.
Cut into 1" pieces (81 pieces = 2 pts each?)
