Desserts: NO-COOK PUMPKIN MOUSSE - Mona Duchane
1 large can of pumpkin (30 ounce)
16 ounce carton of lite whipped topping
1 large package of sugar free instant
pudding and pie mix (6 serving size)
3 cups of skim milk

Prepare the pudding with skim milk - whip in the pumpkin and Cool Whip and you're done!

I couldn't find the large size package of pudding mix in the sugar free. I will use two regular size packages and set aside a cup of the pudding for lunches or something. It doesn't say what flavor pudding but it was suggested that you use vanilla, butterscotch, or banana cream. I'm going to use cheesecake. I think the banana cream pudding with the pumpkin sounds kind of not good.
