Cakes: PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE from WW Entertains cookbook (Thanks Susie!)

I make this every Thanksgiving & Christmas, it's from the Weight Watchers Entertains cookbook. I typed it all out, so I hope someone uses this recipe... :) It's my favorite and sooo good!!

1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 TBS sugar
2 TBS unsalted melted butter
2 egg whites lightly beaten
1 1/2 pounds light cream cheese (neufchatel) at room temperature
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 3/4 cups pumpkin puree
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground mace
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup light sour cream
1 large egg, lightly beaten

Preheat oven to 325

Crust: Combine crumbs and granulated sugar with fork in bowl. Add butter and 1 TBS of beaten egg white. Bake crust until lightly toasted about
8 minutes. Let cool slightly.

Beat cream cheese and brown sugar until very smooth. Add pumpkin
puree, cinnamon, ginger, mace, and salt, beat 3-4 minutes, add sour cream.
Then add remaining egg white and egg. Pour into crust and bake for about an
hour. Refrigerate at least 8 hours before unmolding and slicing.
