1 package (5 oz) instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix

1 can (12oz) fat free evaporated milk

15 oz can of pumpkin

1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice

Beat together milk and pie filling and refrigerate for 5 minutes. Then mix in pumpkin and spices and refrigerate 10 more minutes. Can be put in a pie shell. 8 servings at 2pts each unless you use sugar free, fat free pudding and then it would be 1pt per slice.
