Main Dish: EASY LOW FAT TURKEY POT PIE - Mona Duchane (previously listed)
1 can 10 3/4 oz.) condensed fat free cream of chicken soup.
1 pkg (about 9 oz.)thawed frozen mixed veggies
1 cup of cooked cubed turkey (8 ounces)
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves, crushed
1/2 cup of skimmed milk
1 egg
1 cup of Bisquick reduced fat all-purpose
baking mix.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In pie plate mix
basil, soup, veggies, and turkey. Mix milk, egg,
and baking mix. Pour over turkey mixture. Bake 30
minutes or until golden brown.
