6 oz. baked potato, cooked

1/4 cup salsa

1/2 oz. low-fat shredded cheese

1 med. Jalapeno pepper, chopped

1 Tbsp sour cream

2 cups steamed spinach

1 lg tangerine

Preheat broiler. Split potato in half and top w/salsa, cheese and jalapenos. Broil until bubbly. Top w/sour cream and enjoy w/spinach, seasoned to taste. Save tangerine for dessert.
