1 package (16 oz) coleslaw mix
6 cups torn Romaine lettuce
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 package (8 oz) imitation crab meat, chopped
1/3 cup canola oil
3 Tbsp cidar vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 package (3 oz) chicken ramen noodles
2 Tbsp almonds, toasted
2 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

In a large bowl combine vegetables and crab. In a jar combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and contents of seasoning package from noodles; shake well. Break noodles into small pieces, sprinkle over salad along with almonds and sesame seeds. Mix well. Pour dressing over salad, toss to coat. Serve immediately.
