Salads: WW POTATO SALAD - JoanMarie1701, Staff Site
Start with: Place 2 lbs medium red potatoes in saucepan; cover with water, bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 20 min or until tender; drain. Let cool 15 min, peel, cut into cubes.

Combine:
Potatoes
2 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Add: 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
1 hard cooked egg white, chopped
1 tbsp grated onion
1 tbsp dill pickle relish

Combine in bowl:
1/2 cup light mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tbsp buttermilk
1 tbsp yellow mustard
Toss all, cover and chill at least 2 hours.

Makes 6 cups
1 cup = 3 POINTS
