"I found a good one from Kraft and made it core. It is quite tasty and I am not a fan of potato salad!" SueBee29

1 lb. red potatoes, unpeeled, cut into chunks
1/4 cup Fat Free Italian Dressing
1/3 cup Fat Free Miracle Whip
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
1/2 cut sliced green onions

Cook potatoes in boiling water 15 min or until tender. Drain, rinse until cooled and drain again. Mix dressings and mustard in bowl; add potatoes, egg and onions. Mix lightly and cover. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
