2 lbs ground beef (93%), browned & seasoned with onion, onion salt or to taste
In casserole, put cooked hamburger on bottom layer. Sprinkle 1 C white rice (uncooked) over hamburger, then 1/2 head cabbage (chopped up). Mix 1 can tomato soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, and 1 1/2 to 2 cans water - pour over other ingredients. Top with 1 can diced tomatoes (or whatever kind you like).
Bake (covered) at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs or so til rice is done. Salt & pepper to taste.
