8 servings of 1/2 Cup each = 3 PointsPlus per 1/2 Cup (if you use sugar-free pudding & FF Cool Whip it is 2 PP per serving)

1 pkg instant vanilla or butterscotch pudding (I used butterscotch) (you can do sugar-free if you want)
1 can pumpkin (15 oz)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
dash nutmeg
8 oz tub Cool Whip (you can use light, I figured with regular)

Mix together pudding, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, nutmeg. Fold Cool Whip into pumpkin mixture.
