Desserts: CRUSTLESS PUMPKIN PIE - PointsPlus (thanks Cindy B.)
1 can (15 oz) solid packed pumpkin
1 can (12 oz) evaporated SKIM milk
Egg substitute equivalent to 2 eggs
2 egg whites(yes in addition to the egg subst)
Sugar substitute equivalent to 3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup reduced fat graham crackers crumbs
8 tablespoons light whipped topping
Additional cinnamon if desired ( or pumpkin pie spice)

Combine pumpkin, milk, egg subst., egg whites, whipped topping & sugar substitute...beat until smooth. Stir in crushed graham crackers. Pour into 9 inch sprayed pie pan.
Bake 325 for 50-55 min or when a knife comes out clean from center.

Garnish with whipped topping
