Breakfast: BISQUICK MAKE-AHEAD BREAKFAST CASSEROLE - PointsPlus
8 servings at 6 PointsPlus per serving

1 Cup Bisquick HeartSmart all-purpose baking mix
1 cup reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (I accidentally used 2 C cheese so it was 7 PP per serving, very good!)
2 cups skim milk
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 tsp salt (optional)
1/2 tsp pepper
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 package Hillshire Farms Turkey Litl Smokies, sliced *
*(OR 1 pound bulk sausage, cooked & drained - may affect PointsPlus values)

Bake Litl Smokies as directed on package (350 degrees for 12-14 minutes) then slice.

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Cover & refrigerate at least 8 hours but no longer than 24 hours.

Heat oven to 350 - grease 2-quart casserole. Pour egg mixture into casserole.

Bake uncovered about 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
