Appetizers: ZUCCHINI OVEN CHIPS - Kathy S.
1/4 C dry breadcrumbs
1/4 C (1 oz) grated fresh parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp fat-free milk
2 1/2 C (1/4" thick) slices zucchini (about 2 small)
Cooking spray

Preheat oven to 425. Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl, stirring with whisk. Place milk in shallow bowl. Dip zucchini slices in milk & dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place coated slices on ovenproof wire rack coated with cooking spray. Bake for 30 minutes or until browned.

Makes approx. 4 servings, 3/4 Cup = 1 Point
